At Be London, we are delighted to welcome both you and your four-legged friends. To ensure the utmost comfort and safety for all our guests (both fluffy and human) we kindly ask you to adhere to our pet policy:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#Please inform our front of house team about any pets accompanying you during your stay.&lt;br /&gt;
#Well-behaved pets, up to 25kg are welcome in all of our properties, with a small list of exceptions. Please speak to the team to confirm. Please note that guide dogs are welcome in all our properties and are exempt from any size and weight restrictions.&lt;br /&gt;
#We kindly ask you to ensure that pets are not disruptive to our other guests and neighbours.&lt;br /&gt;
#An additional cleaning charge of £50 + VAT per week is applicable for the duration of your stay with a pet.&lt;br /&gt;
#Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.&lt;br /&gt;
#In the unfortunate event that your pet soils or damages the property, you accept full responsibility for the cost of any necessary repairs or cleaning.&lt;br /&gt;

At Stay at Mine Ltd (trading as Be London), we welcome guests who wish to bring a pet along during their stay. To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents, guests, and staff, the following pet policy applies.&lt;br /&gt;

====Pet Eligibility====&lt;br /&gt;
*Only house trained dogs and cats are permitted.&lt;br /&gt;
*Dogs must weigh 25 kilograms (55 pounds) or less.&lt;br /&gt;
*A maximum of one pet per apartment is allowed, subject to management approval.&lt;br /&gt;
*An additional pet may be allowed, subject to further management approval.&lt;br /&gt;
*Guide dogs are welcome in all our properties and are exempt from any size and weight restrictions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
====Prior Approval Required====&lt;br /&gt;
*All pets must be declared at the time of booking or before check-in.&lt;br /&gt;
*Approval from management is required before bringing any pet onto the premises.&lt;br /&gt;

*A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of £60 per week will be applied to cover additional cleaning requirements.&lt;br /&gt;

*Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained.&lt;br /&gt;
*Pets must be kept on a lead (leash) or in a carrier when in common areas.&lt;br /&gt;
*Persistent barking, aggressive behavior, or any disruptive conduct may result in removal of the pet from the premises.&lt;br /&gt;
====Cleanliness and Hygiene====&lt;br /&gt;
*Guests must clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in any designated outdoor pet areas.&lt;br /&gt;
*Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in further charges.&lt;br /&gt;
====Liability====&lt;br /&gt;
*Guests are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets.&lt;br /&gt;
*The serviced apartment operator accepts no liability for pets on the premises.&lt;br /&gt;

This is exclusively at Be London’s discretion, and Be London reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access at any time. Additionally, Be London makes no guarantee as to the stability or speed of the internet connection, the service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.&lt;br /&gt;
Additionally, internet usage may be monitored by Be London for the purposes of fault detection and to aid improvement of the internet and multimedia services we offer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
While the content of internet traffic is not monitored, the source and destination of unencrypted traffic may be visible, usage patterns, device connections and performance statistics are captured.&lt;br /&gt;

*Users may not operate servers, peer-to-peer file-sharing networks, or commercial services without prior written consent.&lt;br /&gt;
*Be London strongly recommends that users access sensitive information (such as banking and personal accounts) only through secure, encrypted means (e.g., HTTPS, VPN, or end-to-end encrypted services).&lt;br /&gt;
*Users are advised that networks are localised &lt;br /&gt;
*Users are solely responsible for their activities while using Be London’s internet service. Be London accepts no liability for any security breaches, data loss, or unauthorised access experienced while using the network.&lt;br /&gt;

1. The Owner or an Agent working on its behalf may require a damage deposit to be paid prior to the commencement of a reservation and subsequent occupation by a Licensee, in accordance with the licence agreement published on our website, https://be.london/licence-agreement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. The value of the damage deposit the Owner requests may vary depending on the length of stay, value of the overall booking and the reserved property.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. The deposit shall be taken via credit card and held for the duration of the reservation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. The refund of any deposit will take place after the completion of a routine inspection of the property and shall be no later than seven days after the end of the reservation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Any refund issued shall be processed via the original payment method used.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;In the vast majority of reservations, no deductions are made to deposits. Normal wear and tear for example would not result in deductions being made.&#039;&#039;&#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Should a Licensee or their guests take action the Owner constitutes as damage, part or all of the damage deposit may be forfeit. This includes but is not limited to:&lt;br /&gt;
*Damage to the property or contents caused by a Licensee (or their invitees)&lt;br /&gt;
*Additional cleaning costs where extensive cleaning is required due to excessive stains, dirt, residue, or other cosmetic or hygiene issues caused by the guest (or their invitees), smoke odour, or other similar circumstances that necessitate more intensive cleaning efforts&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Should the amount in damages owed by the Licensee exceed that of the deposit taken, additional funds will be requested from the Licensee. The Owner reserves the right to take legal action in order to recover an outstanding balance.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. In the event that monies are owed to the Owner, the Owner reserves the right to offset the outstanding balance using the deposit, irrespective of the nature of the monies owed.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

This policy applies to all guests staying with Be London whether booked through Be London or one of its Partners.&lt;br /&gt;

The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.&lt;br /&gt;

In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances Be London reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively - to reflect the actual length of the stay.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the event that the Client serves less than the notice period required for a cancellation or amendment, Be London will charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to the number of nights falling within the cancellation/amendment period. 1. The Owner or an Agent working on its behalf may require a damage deposit to be paid prior to the commencement of a reservation and subsequent occupation by a Licensee, in accordance with the licence agreement published on our website, https://be.london/licence-agreement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. The value of the damage deposit the Owner requests may vary depending on the length of stay, value of the overall booking and the reserved property.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. The deposit shall be taken via credit card and held for the duration of the reservation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. The refund of any deposit will take place after the completion of a routine inspection of the property and shall be no later than seven days after the end of the reservation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Any refund issued shall be processed via the original payment method used.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

7. Should the amount in damages owed by the Licensee exceed that of the deposit taken, additional funds will be requested from the Licensee. The Owner reserves the right to take legal action in order to recover an outstanding balance.&lt;br /&gt;

This policy outlines the practices Stay at Mine Limited, Be London and any associated brands employ in regards to closed-circuit television recording.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Be London&#039;&#039;&#039;: Be London refers to, and is a trading name of Stay at Mine Limited and other associated companies, which include (but are not limited to) Be London Estates Limited, Be London Holdings Limited and Be London Investments Limited.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Privacy policy, GDPR policy or Policies&#039;&#039;&#039;: Our policies as published on our website https://be.london/legal or (in the case of internal-only policies) on internal systems or referred to in the Employee Handbook.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Apartment, Property or Unit&#039;&#039;&#039;: An individual unit in which a guest has exclusive use during their stay. This is the reserved apartment or house, but does not include areas to the exterior of the individual door to the unit. Personnel authorised by Be London may enter these areas, but they are not generally open to the general public, or to guests in other units.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;CCTV&#039;&#039;&#039;: Any visual recording systems installed, whether by Be London, their partners or building owners to which Be London hold no affiliation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Operational Areas&#039;&#039;&#039;: A location which is used for operational purposes, but is not individually reservable by a guest. For example, Be London’s offices, or communal areas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Communal Areas&#039;&#039;&#039;: Areas which are not intended for use by the general public, but rather shared spaces between residents or tenants of one or more apartments. For example a hallway in an apartment building, or external courtyard.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Be London Operated System&#039;&#039;&#039;: In most cases, Be London operates and manages CCTV in areas where it is installed. In some cases however, another company or government agency may operate CCTV equipment. In these cases, Be London may not have on-demand access to the system, and queries regarding an SAR, footage, the use of footage and polices may have to be redirected to them. This includes, for example buildings where there are non-Be London units or external public areas with CCTV operated by government agencies or local authorities.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;Stakeholders&#039;&#039;&#039;: Individuals who engage and communicate with Be London. This includes but is not limited to staff, guests, customers, clients, agents and partners of Be London.&lt;br /&gt;

&#039;&#039;&#039;Staff&#039;&#039;&#039;: An individual employed by Be London, contracted by Be London or acting on behalf of Be London.&lt;br /&gt;

CCTV is recorded for the purposes of:&lt;br /&gt;
Safety and security&lt;br /&gt;
Prevention and detection of crime&lt;br /&gt;
Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures&lt;br /&gt;
Resolution of disputes between stakeholders&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== Scope ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CCTV is in place in several locations across Be London properties and operational areas. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
They are not present in the internal parts of a unit. Areas such as gardens, communal areas, courtyards or patios may have CCTV installed within them, but cameras will not point inside a unit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In areas where CCTV is installed, they are installed in an overt manner, no camera in any area is covertly installed. Signage is present in all areas where CCTV monitoring is in place.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The list of properties with CCTV changes with the addition or removal of units in the Be London portfolio. Please contact the team to verify if CCTV is installed in a particular unit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CCTV may not always be a Be London Operated System, and may be installed and operated by another company unaffiliated with Be London. In these cases, they are subject to their data protection policies, Be London may not have on-demand access and you may be required to contact them directly with any queries you may have, including a subject access request (SAR). In these cases, the remainder of this policy does not apply. In any case our use of this footage is subject to our privacy policies and GDPR policy.&lt;br /&gt;

For the avoidance of doubt, audio recording is not active in any Be London operated system, in some cases CCTV equipment is capable of audio capture however this functionality is disabled.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== Data Playback &amp;amp; Storage ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any playback of footage will take place exclusively amongst personnel acting under the authority of a member of the management team.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recordings are typically stored on hard drives on-location and is protected through physical barriers, encryption and software barriers, in some cases they may be stored encrypted in the cloud by the provider of the CCTV system.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the event specific recordings are downloaded for investigation or inspection, they will be stored in on Be London’s secure and internal only, cloud-storage system. Shared specifically with a limited number of employees and deleted once the conclusion of any investigation is reached.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Live streaming and remote playback of footage can only be carried out whilst connected to the Be London internal network. This is managed by the IT Manager/Data Protection Officer. &lt;br /&gt;

The recording and monitoring of telephone communications are in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), in conjunction with our privacy policy which can be found on our website.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A Subject Access Request should be issued in the event an individual would like access to footage in which they are present. This should be made to Be London and will be handled by the IT Manager/Data Protection Officer. The request will be assessed and a response issued in line with legal regulations and this policy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Once a request has been verified and approved, the requestor will be sent the recording electronically. In the event that the request is made in a non-digital format, arrangements will be made to transfer the requested files.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
An appropriate request from a government body, relating to the detection or prevention of a crime or other legally approved purpose should be sent to Be London, the IT Manager/Data Protection Officer will assess and carry out this request.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
